SCALE WITH MAHI / TRUST

Terms and conditions

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms apply to your use of ScaleWithMahi, operated by Mahendra Gandham. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

01Learning service

ScaleWithMahi provides programming notes, study sheets, courses, progress tools, and access to a third-party code playground. Content is educational. Completing lessons, quizzes, or labs does not guarantee employment, certification, professional competence, or a particular outcome.

02Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and should report suspected unauthorized access. You must be at least 13, or meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law; obtain parental permission where required.

03Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit malicious code to our systems, spam contact forms, harass others, infringe rights, or manipulate shared activity records. Use the third-party playground according to its own rules. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, or meet legal obligations.

04Content and licenses

Original site content and branding belong to their respective owners. Third-party code and explanations retain their stated licenses and attribution, including CC BY-SA where indicated. Follow the source license when copying or adapting material. External problem statements, trademarks, and linked services remain the property of their owners. We are not affiliated with LeetCode, GeeksforGeeks, or OneCompiler.

05Your submissions

You retain ownership of your profile text and feedback. You give us permission to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service, including public profile information. Submit only content you have the right to share and avoid private credentials, confidential information, or unlawful material.

06Availability and external services

Features and content may change, contain errors, or become unavailable. The code playground is provided by OneCompiler; availability, execution limits, and policies are controlled by that provider. We do not promise unlimited runs or uninterrupted access. Keep your own copies of important work.

07Responsibility and applicable rights

Use educational examples with appropriate testing and judgment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without warranties about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

08Ending use and changes

You can stop using the service and request account deletion through our contact email. We may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date above. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Contact us with concerns or disputes so we can try to resolve them.
